Once you've booked an appointment, you'll receive confirmation and details on where to find me via email. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Cancellation Policy ​

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the end of your session (cash or card). The deposit is non-refundable.

 

Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

 

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

 

If you Have a Gift Voucher

Appointments can be made using a digital gift voucher by following the link in your voucher email. If you have a physical gift card, contact me at rewild.reflexology@gmail.com with the voucher number, time slot and treatment you would like so I can book you in  bypassing the deposit.​

For the safety of yourself and others, please contact me prior to your appointment if you're feeling unwell.
 

It takes time for me to prepare between clients so please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive late, I'll still have to end the session at the planned time to allow for subsequent bookings.
