Facial Reflexology
Just like with the feet, facial reflexology works by applying therapeutic massage and pressure to specific points on the face, prompting the body's healing mechanisms - helping to improve circulation, nerve conduction and encouraging the release of toxins from the body.
The proximity of the face to the brain and central nervous system, makes the calming effects of this holistic massage even more rapid and may make it a little tricky to stay awake.
Not only does it help to bring balance to the entire body, you can also expect to see a more radiant, glowing complexion and younger looking skin.
I have trained in the award winning Bergman Method, which has been developed over 20+years and inspired by Native American techniques.

What to expect during a facial reflexology treatment at Rewild Reflexology
As with foot reflexology, facial reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive complementary therapy. You will remain fully clothed and cosy under a blanket (optional), led back on my reclining chair.
For ease, feel free to arrive with a clean face, but I'll begin with face wipes to remove any remaining dirt/make-up etc. so don't worry if you don't get chance!
As a qualified Aromatherapist I mix my own blends of theraputic facial oils, using different essential oils for certain benefits and conditions.
If you're not due a hair-wash-day just let me know so I can avoid getting any oils in your hair :)
