The Chinese 5 Element Gua Sha Ritual
A beautiful part of the Rewild Signature Facial is my Chinese 5 Element Gua Sha routine, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.
Using a crystal Gua Sha tool, I work across the face, neck and décolletage with flowing, intentional movements.
The treatment combines gentle lymphatic techniques with deeper massage to encourage circulation, release muscular tension and support the natural movement of lymph.
The ritual is both therapeutic and deeply calming — helping to create that wonderful feeling of a lighter face and quieter mind.
Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift®
Facial reflexology brings a reflexology approach to the face, working specific points and areas to encourage relaxation and support the body's natural balance.
This is combined with Zone Face Lift® techniques, using deeper massage movements to stimulate the facial muscles and connective tissues, release tension and naturally lift and sculpt the face.
The result is a treatment that feels as good as it looks - deeply relaxing while leaving you with a fresh, awakened glow.
Facial Cupping
Facial cupping is incorporated into the treatment to complement the Gua Sha and massage techniques.
The gentle suction and movement of the silicone cups helps to encourage circulation and lymphatic drainage while supporting the sculpting and de-puffing effects of the treatment.
(don't worry, it doesn't leave red circles on the face like body cupping does!)
Together, these techniques create a beautiful combination of relaxation, drainage, sculpting and glow.
Lymphatic Lift Facial
45 minutes of focused facial drainage & sculpting
If you're particularly looking to reduce puffiness, encourage lymphatic drainage and give your complexion a fresh, lifted appearance, the Lymphatic Lift is a shorter, more focused treatment.
Using a combination of Gua Sha and facial cupping, this treatment concentrates on gentle drainage techniques across the face, neck and décolletage.
It's ideal when you want that fresh, de-puffed and sculpted feeling without a longer facial treatment.
Perfect before an event, as a regular maintenance treatment, or whenever your face is feeling a little tired, puffy or congested.
